More bridal items up for grabs

I'm continuing to list more bridal items and have been thrilled with the responses from Etsy.com buyers. Thanks to Sherry for purchasing a bunch of the combs you see at the left. There was a lot of interest in this listing as the item is hard to find (didn't know that 'til I listed it). If you know where I can find more (with the metal "H" piece on it), let me know and I'll pass the info on to my buyers.

EBay item caught my eye

I have only been on Ebay a handful of times in my life. Today I was looking for pinking shears and ran across this listing for 50 pair of scissors. Yeah, 50! It gets better... they "...were collected from NTSA Airport Confiscation Lots". What a strange world we live in. Hopefully a school teacher (home ec?) could use these. Great savings at only $6.50(starting bid) + $11 s&h.

DIY Project Completed!!! From couch-back table to bench.

I finished my DIY project!!! This is big deal for me because I tend to start projects and never finish them. I fixed the broken drawer too! I was inspired by decor8.com's blog, her "Creative Series". It got me movin'!

My goal was completion not perfection. Instead of wasting endless amounts of energy analyzing what needed to be done, I just did it! Now I'm inspired to do another project and FINISH it. I might take a bit more time to get things just right but not necessarily perfect!
